About Us
“Finding our healing path with the Earth”
The Ecotherapy Network Ireland is a network of wellness professionals. We support and promote practitioners who work with the principles of Ecopsychology and Ecotherapy and encourage all who wish to explore the interconnectedness between human beings and the other than human world. In addition this website may serve as a vehicle for members of the public to find a practitioner with whom they may work.
Through an annual weekend gathering and regional gatherings, usually around a camp fire, we help nature-based practitioners to connect, resource and support each other.
These gatherings enable us be in the natural world and to have time and space to listen to place – stream, tree, stone and earth. In so doing we seek to include in our human to human dialogue the faces and voices of the other than human world in order to address the various issues of our time.
